We ship to all countries* in the world with UPS®. *There are exceptions. If you are not sure, please contact us.
The delivery time
When in stock, assembly, installation and configuration takes up to 6 business days. The delivery time of your order depends on the chosen product and the destination of the package. An indication of the delivery time can be found in the shopping basket (under the product title “Current delivery time”), on the checkout page (Delivery time in the order overview “Current delivery time”) or on the product page (in green, under the price). This is an estimated delivery time from the moment we receive payment.

Transit time with UPS Express Saver is 1 to 5 business days worldwide. Transit time with UPS Express Plus is 1 to 2 business days.
Do you want to make sure the order arrives on time? Then please contact our customer service. We offer the option of using the faster shipping method UPS Express Plus to some countries for an additional charge. The transit time for UPS Express Plus is 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping costs
We charge shipping costs. The shipping costs and available shipping methods are determined based on the delivery address and product size and weight. Please add your configuration to the cart and select your country and enter your address on the checkout page to show the available shipping methods and calculate exact shipping costs.
Delivery at Service Point
No one at home during the day or do you want more certainty of delivery? Then choose to ship to a UPS Service Point near you. There are UPS service points open until 21.00 hours (9pm)! During the checkout process you can find a service point in your area based on a zip code. Find a UPS service point: https://www.ups.com/dropoff/
Shipment Tracking
Once we have registered your order with UPS, you will receive a Track & Trace code and URL by e-mail to track your order. You can use the tracking code from UPS on the UPS.com website to see the delivery status.
